Mr. William Randolph Scott,  better known to family and friends as "Billy," the beloved son of the late  Crenshaw and Ludie Scott  of Jefferson, Alabama entered into eternal rest, Monday, March 12, 2018 at Marina Del Ray Hospital, in Marina Del Ray, California.  Funeral services for Mr. Billy Scott were held Saturday, March 24,2018  at 9:30 a.m. from Small Memorial AME Zion Church, Jefferson, AL.  Rev. Edward Seabron, Sr., ,pastor and eulogist. Interment followed in Scott Memorial Cemetery, Jefferson, AL.
