Funeral services for Bro. Nathaniel Lewis were held Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 12 noon at the Lovely Primitive Baptist Church of Gallion, Alabama. Pastor Roy L. Scruggs officiated. Interment followed Colemen Cemetery of Gallion, Alabama. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with all arrangements. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: a loving and devoted son Johnathan Sr. (Linda) Lewis of Gallion, Alabama; two loving and devoted daughters Amelia (Henry) Evans of Mobile, AL and Melissa Jones of Brookfield, FL; two stepdaughters Sandra Daniels of Demopolis, Al and Willa Marie (Charles) Kimbrough of Mobile, AL; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one step granddaughter, 2 step great grandchildren; five sisters Annie Lois (Frank) Houston, Lillian (Cunningham) Taylor, Kathleen Lewis, Roberta (Tommy) Peterson, and Lucy Williams all of Lansing, Michigan; three brothers Jack (Ethel) Lewis of Detroit, Michigan, Aaron Lewis of Lansing, Michigan, and Morris (Estell) Lewis of New York; one aunt Mary Smith of Gallion, AL; one sister in law Daisy (Roosevelt) Zanders of Demopolis, AL; two brothers in law Crawford Danuels of Boston, MA and Oliver Daniels of Providence, Rhode Island and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
