Young, age 59 of Fire Tower Road, Dixons Mills, AL; the beloved father of Shannon Young and the beloved brother of Brenda (Daniel) Waters of Toledo, OH and Keith Young of Chicago, IL entered into eternal rest on February 5, 2014 at DCH Regional Med Ctr, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Funeral services for Mr. Michael Young were held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Larkin and Scott Funeral Chapel; Rev. Lenard Hinton officiated. Interment followed in Young Family Cemetery, Dixons Mills, Alabama. Public viewing was held Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with all arrangements.
