Mrs. Mary H. Jackson of Demopolis, Alabama passed October 29, 2011 at the residence of her beloved son, Frank Jackson III in Birmingham, Alabama. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 12 noon at Kingdom Hall, Highway 80 West, Demopolis, Alabama. Interment followed in Memorial Cemetery, Arcola Road, Demopolis, Alabama. She was preceded in death by one son, James L. Henderson and one daughter, Shelia A. Nash. She was baptized as a Jehovah Witness in 1962 and dedicated her life as a faithful servant of Jehovah God. Sister Jackson enjoyed pioneering and attending the Circuit and District Conventions that afforded an opportunity to fellowship with her brothers and sisters. She was born May 23, 1932 in Demopolis, Alabama to Israel Dawson and Rosa Henderson. She was an only child born to Rosa Henderson. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory are her children and the union with Mr. Henry Scott are; Gregory L. Henderson, Henry Scott, III, Mariah Y. Scott, Rosalind Utley, Samuel E. Scott, Brenda Scott, and Carlos Scott; from the union to Mr. Frank Jackson, Jr., she leaves from the union two loving children, Frank Jackson III and Aquila M. Jackson. 18 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, one brother in law, Jimmy Jackson; two sisters in law, Julia and Betty of Chicago, IL; half sisters, Fannie Mae Haskin and Christine Dawson; half brothers, Cleveland and Eugene Dawson; a host of nieces, nephews, and other family friends and members.
