Mrs. Mary Byrd Anthony age 97 of Boligee, Alabama entered into eternal rest August 4, 2012 at her residence. Funeral Services were held SUNDAY, AUGUST 12, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the EUTAW HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUM, Mesopotomia Avenue, Eutaw, Alabama. Rev. Keith Owens is the pastor. Rev. Lynn Finch, pastor of the First United Baptist Church, Forkland, Alabama officiated. Interment and Final Resting Place followed at Inge Place Cemetery, Boligee, Alabama beside her beloved husband, Mr. Marshall Anthony. She may be removed rom this place, but her love and her spirit will live on through those who cherish her life: five daughters, Martha Banks of Lithonia, GA, Cora Smith of Brighton, AL, Carrie Byrd and Gladys Turner of Buffalo, NY and Doris (Edward) Watts of Mt. Airy, MD; one son, Cedrick (Tamatha) Anthony of Forkland, AL; six granddaughters, Venora (Robert) Jones, Valerie (Lance) Wells, Vivian Turner, Jennifer (John) Beard, Yolanda (Stephen) Cox and Cederranesha Anthony; five grandsons, Scy (Marca) Banks, Victor (Ericka) Smith, Brandel Smith, Anthony Watts and Andrew Watts; seventeen great grand children; two great-great grandchildren; a devoted niece, Emma Speight of Forkland, A and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbors, friends, and other loved ones.
