Smith were held Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Nazareth Baptist Church, Powe Road, Demopolis, Alabama. Rev. Wendell Charleston, Pastor. Rev. Johnny Ray Haskin officiated. Interment followed in the Scott's Memorial Cemetery, Jefferson, Alabama. Public viewing was held Friday, June 20, 2014 at the funeral home chapel.
