Mrs. Malinda Gary, age 82 of 180 Falcon Lane, Dixons Mills, Alabama 36736 passed January 6th, 2008 at her residence. Funeral Services were held Saturday, January 12, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Baptist Church, Dixons Mills, Alabama. Rev. John Dees officiated. Interment followed in Polly Robinson Cemetery, Dixons Mills, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. She was the youngest of eight children born on April 16, 1925 to the parentage of Henry Agee & Ola Pritchett in Shiloh, Alabama. She was united in holy matrimony to Emanuel Gary on JUne 23, 1944, and to this union three beautiful children blessed their home with joy. As a very tender age in life, Malinda confessed and accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at the Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church, Shiloh, Alabama where she remained a member until moving to Mobile, Alabama. Upon her retirement, Malinda and her husband returned to place of birth in 1986, and upon finalizing her residence in Marengo County, she united with True Light Tabernacle Church under the leadership of Pastor Gladys Hunter where she remained a member until the time of her death. Malinda life ended on January 6, 2008 in the comfort of her home in Dixons Mills, Alabama surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her husband Emanuel Gary, Sr.; She leaves to cherish her memories one loving sister, Rodie Kimbrough of Mobile, AL; three loving and devoted children, Manuella (Dwight) Evans of Lawrenceville, GA, Emanuel (Carole) Gary, Jr. and Gwendolyn (Charles) Spillers both of Dixons Mills, AL; seven loving and devoted grandchildren, Leslie (Michael) Alexander, Stephanie Johnson, Jody Johnson, Emanuel Gary III, David Spillers, Tanisha Spillers, Shareece Spillers, 17 greatchildren and one great-great-grandson. And a hhost of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
