MaKayla Shante Edwards, age 4 years old of 2801 10th Avenue, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, passed April 27, 2011 as the result of injuries sustained during the tornado that engulfed several lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on April 27, 2011. Funeral Services were held Saturday, May 7th, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Watson Funeral Home, Cleveland, Ohio. Public viewing were held Friday at Rhoden Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio and Saturday at Watson Funeral Home, Cleveland, Ohio. Interment followed in Cleveland Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio. Rhoden Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio entrusted with final arrangements. Larkin & Scott Funeral Home of Demopolis, Alabama were entrusted with emblaming, restorative art and a excellent professional job of giving us a final closure to a beautiful young child that we thought would not happen. Special thanks to Mr. Al Rhoden of Rhoden Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio on calling on Larkin & Scott Staff for embalming and shipping. Everything was excellent. We were extremely pleased with Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors and Rhoden Funeral Home and Watson Funeral Home for the professional services rendered. We will never forget you. A special thanks to the individuals involved in searching and finding our MaKayla and giving care to her family during this tragedy. We pray for her mother Airelle Edwards who is confined at D.C.H.
