Ms. Lillie Jones, age 61 of Uniontown, Alabama, the beloved sister of Lelia Jones-Anderson of Columbus, Georgia, Franklin Jones of Uniontown, Alabama and General Jones of Providence, Rhode Island passed October 8, 2009 at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Georgia.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Missonary Baptist Church, Uniontown, Alabama. Rev. Anthony Trimble will officiate. Interment will follow in Blanc Cemetery, Uniontown, Alabama. The remains will lie in state at the church beginning at 12:00 noon. Public viewing will be held Friday from 1-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements.
