Mrs. Lily Bell Compton Mines, the beloved wife of Mr. Phillip Mines of Demopolis, Alabama passed March 18, 2013 at Bryan Whitfield Hospital, Demopolis, Alabama. Funeral Services were held Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at the Moscow Baptist Church, Demopolis, Alabama. Rev. Timothy Paige, Pastor. Rev. Kelvin Robertson officiated. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery. Deacon Jesse Wheeler, Master Of Order. She also leaves to cherish her precious memories three stepdaughter, Darnessa (Alexander) Portis of Lower Peachtree, Alabamaa, YuWanda Mines of Demopolis, AL and Lisa Winn of Greene County, Alabama. One Sister, Clementine Compton; two brothers, Ceaser & Percy Compton, all of Cleveland, Ohio.
