Mr. Leroy Cannon, age 57 of Greensboro, Alabama passed November 3, 2010 at Hale County Hospital, Greensboro, Alabama.
Graveside Funeral Services were held Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Bro. Eddie Hutton, Presided. He was preceded in death by three siblings, Sylvester Cannon, Mattie Cannon and Herman Cannon. Survivors include a wife, Cora Cannon of Greensboro, AL; a loving mother, Alice Cannon of Greensboro, AL; a daughter, Latasha Edwards of Greensboro, Al; three brothers, Ben (Rochelle) Cannon of Cleveland, OH., Ned (Mary) Cannon of Greensboro, AL and Charles (Georgia) Cannon of Rome Italy; two sisters, Barbara J. Lee of Washington, D.C. and Patricia (Carlos) Sorto of Greensboro, AL;
three aunts, James (Flora) Paige, Greensboro, AL, Geneva (Clarence) Robinson of Greensboro, AL and Ethel (William) Mauldin of Maryland. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and numerous friends.
