Mrs. Kay Francis Rice, age 71 of Livingston, Alabama entered into eternal rest January 30, 2019 at Oasis Hospice of Birmingham,Alabama.  Funeral services  for Mrs. Kay Francis Rice  were  held Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Coatopa, Alabama; Rev. Wesley Winston, pastor; Rev. John Wright eulogist. Interment  followed  in Buck's Chapel Cemetery, Coatopa, Alabama. Larkin and Scott Mortuary,  LLC entrusted with arrangements.
