Regional Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Graveside Services and interment will follow on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the United States Honor Memorial Cemetery, Shelby County, Alabama. The remains will be taken to the United States Honor Cemetery by Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors on Thursday, December 29, 2011.
