Mrs. Hattie Pearl Brooks, age 71 of the Dollarhide Community, Boligee, Alabama passed January 12, 2009 at her residence. Funeral Services were held Saturday, January 19, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Watson Baptist Church, Boligee, Alabama. Rev. Christopher Spencer will officiate. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include five sisters, Rachel Morgan, Sarah Jennings of Boligee, AL, Essie Middleton of Louisville, KY, Ruby Williams of Chicago, IL; four brothers, Otis Morris (Sarah Belton), Thomas (Debra) Morris, Eutaw, AL, Frank Morris & David Morris of Boligee, AL; special niece, Amber Wade, Boligee, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
