Mrs. Hager Robertson Young, age 115 of Demopolis, Alabama, one of 12 individuals surpassing this age in the United States of America and the old living person in the State Of Alabama passed November 26, 2011 at her residence. Funeral Services were held Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Petty Memorial A.M.E. Church, Demopolis, Alabama. Minister Alexia Young will officiate. Interment followed in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Demopolis, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include three children, one very devoted, Hager T. Washington of Demopolis, AL, Preston Young of Cleveland, Ohio and Alberta Young of Canton, Ohio; devoted nephew and niece, Drs. Herbert Jones, Sr. & wife Dr. Bessie Jones of Atlanta, GA. Devoted granddaughter, Lettye V. Gray-Young of Racine, WI; devoted cousins, Nancy Lawson, Alice Hargress and Susie Jones of Greensboro, AL; Ceyla Jones and Carl Bryant of Demopolis, AL; devoted God-son, Randy (Katrina) of Faunsdale, AL; a host of devoted friends.
