Mr. Frank Hawkins of Atlanta, Georgia, former native of Demopolis, Alabama, Dallas, Texas and Los Angeles, California, respected businessman passed November 20, 2010 at Emory University Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia. Funeral Services were held November 27, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Eastern Star Missionary Baptist Church, Third Avenue & Arcola Road, Demopolis, Alabama 36732. Rev. Terry Gosa is the pastor. Rev. Carlton Hogue officiated. Interment followed in Memorial Cemetery, Arcola Road, Demopolis, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. He leaves to cherish his precious memories:three daughters Donna Hawkins-Mitchell, Kimberley Goodman, and Stephanie Edwards; five grandchildren Tracey K. Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Tyszu Goodman, England Edwards, and Justin Edwards; a great grandson Christopher Lee Mitchell; four brothers Lewis (Hattie), George (Rosalind), and James (Judy) Hawkins all of Los Angeles, Ca, and Eddie (Jean) of Atlanta,GA; sister in law Alvina Hawkins of Demopolis, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
