Mr. Ezra Grant, age 82 of Forkland, Alabama entered into eternal rest Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at the Veterans Hospital, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Funeral Services were held Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at 1 p.m. at 12, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Old Green Oak Baptist Church, Forkland, Alabama. Rev. Jimmy Haywood officiated. Interment followed in Birdine Cemetery, Forkland, Alabama. Survivors include three children, Jena Grant, Forkland, AL., Tami (Rashawn) Hawkins, Alliance, OH., and Yvonne Turner, Cleveland, OH. 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. Six siblings, Novell Grant & Cleo (Lori) Grant of Cleveland, OH., Fannie (William) Law of Chicago, IL., Ora Cherry of Las Vegas, NV., Annie Jackson of Canton, Ohio and Henrietta White of Montgomery, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
