Funeral Services were held Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Amelia Love Johnson High School Gymnasium, Thomaston, Alabama. Rev. Mitchell R. Congress officiant. Deacon Jesse Wheeler, Master Of Order. Interment followed in First Baptist Cemetery, Faunsdale, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include two loving children: Willie Henton and Ruby J. Henton of Faunsdale, AL; devoted mother, Amelia L. Henton of Fansdale, AL; son-in-law, Allen Richards; three grandsons; six great grandchildren; six sisters: Julia (Lonnie) Minor, Amelia Dnsby, Martha (Arthur) Sewell, Susie Charleston, Mary McKinney and Rachel Henton of Faunsdale, AL; five brothers, Eddie (Lorraine) Henton, Jr., Jimmy Henton, Jessie Henton, Sr., James Henton all of Faunsdale, AL; Robert (Willie Ann) Henton, all of Faunsdale, Al; three aunts, one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.''
