Memorial Services for Mr. Eugene Phillips were held Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Smalls Memorial AME Zion Church Jefferson, Alabama; Rev. Edward Seaborn,Sr. pastor;Rev. Edmund Charleston officiant. Interment followed in Scott Memorial Cemetery, Jefferson, Alabama. Larkin and Scott Mortuary,LLC entrusted with arrangements.
