Mrs. Estella Hill, age 82 of Coatopa, Alabama (Sumter County, Alabaama) entered into eternal rest December 7, 2010 at her residence. Funeral Services were held Saturday, Decenber 11, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Coatopa, Alabama. Rev. Wesley Winston officiated. Sis. Valtine Wright, Mistress Of Order. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. She was married to the late Richard Hill who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Louise, Brister, John, Columbus, Clarise, Maggie and Flora. She was born in Coatopa, Alabama to the parentage of the late John W. and Josie B. McCoy. She leaves to cherish her precious memories a loving and devoted son, Derrick Hill; one loving daughter, Mary McCoy of Birmingham, AL: three grandchildren, Kenneth McCoy, Tekia and Derrica of Birmingham, AL; one brother, Simmie (Alice) McCoy of Coatopa, Alabama; two sisters in law, Bernice McCoy of Bessemer, AL and Lillie McCoy of Tuscaloosa, AL: one special niece, Pennie Agee of Tuscaloosa, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
