Mrs. Emma Harris Bell entered into eternal rest August 15, 2007 at D.C.H. Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: one daughter Laverne (Charles) Bean, Birmingham, Alabama; one daughter in law Sarah Bell of Bronx, New York; eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; one sister Lela Davis of Detroit, Michigan; sisters in law, Mrs. Ora Harris of Gallion, Alabama, Mrs. Alverna Harris of Columbus, Georgia, Liza Harris of Bessemer, Alabama, Mrs. Nancy Bell Davis of Greensboro, North Carolina; a brother in law Rev. W.M. Norwood of Birmingham, Alabama; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A devoted nieces Matilda Bell of Demopolis, Alabama and devoted friend Gertrude Carter of Demopolis, Alabama.
