Funeral services for Ms.Edna Mae Allen were held Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 1 p.m. at the Friendship Baptist Church, Demopolis, Alabama. Pastor Henry Thompson, officiated. Larkin & Scott Mortuary of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with all arrangements. Ms. Edna Mae Allen entered into eternal rest February 24, 2010. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her daughters Mary Robinson and A. Dianne Reed of California; Sons Stalword Jr (Barbara) Allen of Moundville, Alabama, Steve (Betty) Allen of Demopolis. Adopted brother: John James Garner of Mobile, Alabama. Grandchildren: Johnnie (Kent) Garlington, Edna Elizabeth Robinson, Ashlee Reed, Dirk Allen and Sean Scott of California, Stephen Allen of Demopolis, Alabama, Kara Dawn Allen of New York. Niece: Eva (Alphonso) Whitaker of Georgia. Nephews: Hillary (Pat) Scott of Ohio, Dennis (Wanda) Garner and George Davis of Demopolis, Charles Burge of Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
