Deacon Thomas Watters, Jr.,age 61 of Demopolis, Alabama, the beloved son of Mrs. Lula D. Watters entered into eternal rest March 1, 2011 at Regency-Anderson Medical Center, Meridian, Mississippi. Better known to family and friends as "Slop". Funeral Services were held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Morning Star Baptist Church, Jackson Street, Demopolis, Alabama. Rev. Ezell Simon, Jr. officiated. Interment followed in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Highway 43 South, Demopolis, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements.
