Mr. D.B. Walker, age 85 of 1509 10th Avenue, Meridian, Mississippi, the beloved father of Mrs. Cora Kelly & Deacon Grady Kelly of Demopolis, Alabama passed August 6, 2008 at his residence in Meridian, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the Fifth Street Baptist Church, Meridian, Mississippi. Rev. William Cottrell Brown will officiate. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Meridian, Mississippi. Public viewing will be held Friday from 1-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Larkin & Scott Funeal Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Mr. D.B. Walker leaves to cherish his precious memories: a loving and devoted daughter Cora (Grady) Kelly of Demopolis, Alabama; three stepchildren Dorothy, Buckey, and Jackie; five grandchildren Marvin (Angela) Edmonds of Rocky Mount, N.C., Kelvin (Ann) Watkins of Chattanooga, TN; Dr. Shatania Edmonds Isaac of Demopolis, Alabama, Martin Edmonds of Monterey,CA and Marsheed Edmonds of Houston Texas, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
