Mr. David Ash, Sr. of Greensboro, Alabama, the beloved husband of Mrs. Johnnie L. Ash of Greensboro, Alabama entered into eternal rest June 18, 2008 at Hospice of West Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Funeral Services were held Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Union Grove Baptist Church, Greensboro, Alabama. Rev. David A. Simpson officiated. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Mr. David Ashe leaves to cherish his precious memories: a loving and devoted wife Mrs. Johnnie L. Ash of Greensboro, Alabama; seven daughters Lashawn (Keith) Bing of Texas, Beverly Ash of Snellville, GA; Mildred Ash, Yolanda (Floyd) Ash-Watkins, Tara Prince, Mary Prince, and Robin Prince all of Greensboro,Alabama; five sons Demterious Hoskins of Tuscaloosa, AL; Angelo E. Ash and Kenneth (Rosalind) Ash of Lilburn, GA; one brother Eugene (Charlene) Woodfin of Westchester, IL; one sister Evelyn Moore of Tuscaloosa, AL; and one stepsister Marion Vinson of Montgomery, Alabama; four sisters in law; three brothers in law; twenty-eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
