Family hour and visitation  for Mr. Dave Phillips, Jr. were held Monday, June 30, 2025 followed by funeral  services at 12 noon from  St. Paul Baptist Church Demopolis, Alabama.

Services will be held July 7, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.  from Community Chapel Lake View Cemetery  Cleveland, Ohio followed by interment in Lake View Cemetery Cleveland, Ohio. Larkin and Scott Mortuary, LLC  entrusted with  local arrangements.
