Funeral Services were held Friday, March 16, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Old Greene Oak Baptist Church, Forkland, Alabama. Minister James Todd, Eulogist. Interment followed in Hunters Chapel Cemetery, Faunsdale, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include a wife, Emma Atkins of Demopolis, AL; one loving daughter, Georgia (James) Todd of Demopolis, AL; three grandchildren, David Cherry, Demopolis, AL, Tiffany Cherry, Raleigh, N.C., & James Todd, Jr., Demopolis, AL; 2 great grandchildren; one sister, Joanna Smith, Faunsdale, AL; devoted friend, Ruth Graves, Forkland, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
