Mr. Carl Mark Williams, age 44 of Demopolis, Alabama entered into eternal rest May 10, 2026 at Hospice of West Alabama,  Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Funeral services for Mr. Carl Mark Williams were held Thursday, May 14,2026 at 12:30 P.M. from Church of the Highlands, Demopolis, Alabama.  Interment  followed at Memorial Gardens ( Hwy 43 S ) Demopolis, Alabama.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the funeral services at Church of the Highlands Demopolis campus. Larkin and Scott Mortuary,  LLC entrusted with arrangements.

Carl Mark Williams passed away peacefully  surrounded by the love of his family after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was a devoted husband, loving father to his children, a cherished brother, son, uncle, and friend to many. Above all, he was a man of deep faith who firmly believed in Christ and carried that faith with strength and grace throughout his life.

Mark will be remembered for his kindness, his unwavering love for his family, his sense of humor. His presence brought comfort and laughter to those around him, and the impact he made on the lives of others will never be forgotten.

Though his time here was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he created will live on in all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Evelyn Williams; his brother, Joshua Sheppard; grandparents, Charles and Minnie Gilmore; his sister, Autumn Lee Kunkle; and his grandmother, Annette Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Lydia Williams; his children, Nathan, Indaglio, & Abbie; his father Guy Mark Williams; his mother, Ann Sheppard; his siblings, John Gregory Kunkle; Heather (Randall) Walston; Tiffany (Joey) Grimes; Patricia (Jamie) Tyus; Jennifer (Bryce Dreskin) Sheppard. His sister in law, Jessica (Allen) Campbell; his brother in law, Drew (Emilee) Curtis. His nieces and nephews: Ben and Jacob Grimes; Aniya, Trey, and CJ Kunkle; Emma Wilson, Syelar, Adaline & Jack Campbell; Ember, Molli, & Callen; Lorelai, Aeriel, Charlotte, Amelia and Joshua Sheppard; Bailey Dreskin. Along with many other beloved family members and friends who will continue to honor his memory.
