Mr. Bertrum "Bert" L. Johnson of Jefferson, Alabama entered into eternal rest January 9, 2015 at University of South Alabama Hospital, Mobile Alabama. Funeral services for Mr. Bertrum L. Johnson were held Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 12 noon at First Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Jefferson, Alabama, Rev Edmund Charleston pastor and officiating minister. Interment followed in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, Alabama. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements.

He leaves to cherish his memories, two sons of New Jersey; a devoted niece, Ms. Brenda Hawkins of Demopolis, AL; devoted friends, Mr. Abraham Moore, Sr., Mrs. Martha Wheeler, Mr. Clinton White, Mr. Dura Wheeler, all of Demopolis, AL; First Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church family and families of County Road 13; a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
