Mrs. Augusta B. Billups, age 93 of Detroit, Michigan, formerly of Jefferson, Alabama passed November 2, 2009 at South Shore Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Small Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, Jefferson, Alabama. Rev. J. Lawrence Wofford will officiate. Interment will follow in Scott Memorial Cemetery, Jefferson, Alabama. The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at 12:00 noon. Public viewing will be held Friday from 1-6 p.m. at the church. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements.
